Punch Rare Corojo is making its annual return to retail, featuring a lineup of the brand’s perennial bestsellers.

The 2024 release ships to retailers February 2024

Punch Rare Corojo is the premium cigar category’s first seasonal cigar. After a shortage of wrapper leaves caused the blend to disappear from retail for several years, it was reintroduced in 2001 and has been released annually ever since.

The line includes nine sizes, sells for a suggested retail price ranging from $4.99 to $10.99 per cigar. Punch Rare Corojo’s signature bold red boxes house either 20, 25 or 50 cigars, depending on the size.

Punch Rare Corojo:

  • Wrapper: Rosado Sumatra (Ecuador)
  • Binder: Ct Broadleaf (USA)
  • Filler: Nicaragua, Honduras and Dominican

Rare Corojo is crafted at HATSA in Honduras and features a lustrous rosado Sumatra wrapper cultivated in the mountains of Ecuador. Grown only in limited quantity, the rare, reddish leaves give Punch Rare Corojo a uniquely-nuanced quality. Bound with hearty Connecticut Broadleaf, the blend features Nicaraguan, Honduran and Dominican tobacco and delivers a layered smoking experience with notes of spice, cedar and nutmeg.
