Today, STG announced through its press media, that it has reached an agreement to purchase and acquire the ever popular Alec Bradley Cigar Brand and Business. Final transaction of the business are expected to close at the end of the month on February 28th.

Founded in 1996, Alan Rubin launched Alec Bradley into the Premium Tobacco market which found major success in the last 2 plus decades. Alec Bradley has found such success behind AB Brands such as: Prensado, Kintsugi, Fine and Rare, Black Market and others. These are cigars and brands that find themselves on top 10 lists year in and year out.
Alec Bradley is the first acquisition since they acquired Matt Booth’s Room101 brand back in June of last year. This is another brand added in order for STG to, “actively seeks opportunities to expand its strong portfolio with the aim to become the undisputed global and sustainable leader in cigars.”
