Ash Quarterly announces a new partnership with Alec Bradley to bring you, and our troops, the Alec Bradley Prensado Gran Belicoso.
The partnership also includes Cigar For Warriors, the program that works with companies all over the United States to distribute cigars to our men and women serving across the world.
About the cigar
The Prensado Gran Belicoso was originally created in 2019 for an Alec Bradley retreat held in Central America for their entire U.S. staff. It was intended to be a “one time” production run limited to 1,300 ten-count boxes and based off of the popular Prensado blend. This limited blend was blended at a proud 5 1/2 x 56 ring-gauge.
From the Press Release
However, in 2021 Jason Faulkenburg contacted Alec Bradley Director of Sales & Marketing, Jonathan Lipson, with hopes to commission the Prensado Gran Belicoso for Ash Quarterly’s ongoing support of Cigars for Warriors. Alec Bradley Founder, Alan Rubin, agreed to the project, as Cigars for Warriors is an organization near and dear to his heart. Only 2,200 cigars were produced and will be featured at Ash Quarterly’s event on July 2, 2022, at Executive Cigar Lounge in Sanford Florida, where consumers will have the ability to purchase and donate Prensado Gran Belicosos directly to Cigars for Warriors. Additional cigars will be available in-store at both the Sanford and Melbourne locations of Executive Cigar Shop and Lounge, as well as online through Ash Quarterly.Ash Quarterly

“We’re honored that Jason chose Alec Bradley to make a cigar benefiting our brave men and women overseas,”
“We generally don’t reissue single-run limited editions, but the cause was too compelling for me to say no.”Alan Rubin, Founder of Alec Bradley
From Cigars for Warriors
“We here at CFW are very honored to be able to work with Alec Bradley, who has always been generous to our troops. Working with the Faulkenburgs and Ash Quarterly has been a true pleasure to work with since the first time we met years ago, with immediate support. They have shown what true support of the military means. Absolutely great magazine, and even better people running it!”Storm Boen, CEO of Cigars for Warriors
From Chaveta Report
We are excited to see Ash Quarterly taking another step in the cause of support of our men and women across the globe working hard to make sure we are safe. To be able to give the men and women a little bit of comfort and “at home” feeling is a cause I hope we can all get behind and support. With BTCG being a US Marine, its nice to see our Brothers and Sisters of the leaf taking care of our family defending the U.S. 24/7.
Thank you to all who have supported and will continue to support such a great cause!
