A cigar brand that made the Top 20 Cigars of 2023 with The Chief and a brand we have just gotten into smoking recently, Powstanie was a must stop for us this year at the trade-show. Connected side-by-side with the RoMa Craft booth, an interview that will drop in the near future, the Powstanie booth was around with that all familiar red and white backdrop and the big black logo that pops and commands attention.

The Powstanie Connecticut Corona Gorda Justice
A new size added to the black and gold Connecticut Powstanie line has been released! The cigar is named ofter Mike’s middle child, Justice. Originally rolled a decade ago and named ApolloDani, the blend was created as a fun way to name Mike and his wife’s middle son, now named Justice, but was limited to 100 cigars
“When working with a factory, I highly recommend you work with a factory that actually keeps records of your blends from close to a decade ago and can recreate that blend to a T.”
Mike Szczepankiewicz co owner and harder-working brother of Powstanie Cigars.
The Connecticut Corona Gorda “Justice” comes in at 5 1/2 x 46 which includes an Ecuadorian Connecticut shade wrapper around a Pennsylvania broadleaf binder and aged Nicaraguan fillers. The cigar crafted at Nica Sueño S.A. factory in Nicaragua, the factory that produces RoMa Craft brand cigars.

The Powstanie Connecticut Corona Gorda “Justice” will be available in boxes of 21 cigars, with a suggested retail price of $13.50 per cigar. The cigars will be released first at Boll Wevil Cigars in Enterprise Alabama on April 6th and then shipped nationwide shortly thereafter.
