Mombacho Cigars S.A., of Nicaragua, and the companies’ former President, Jared M. Ingrisano, have reached an exclusive licensing agreement for the Favilli brand

Mombacho Cigars S.A. has reached an agreement with Favilli Trading LLC, a US cigar sales, distribution, and marketing company independent of Mombacho and headed by Mombacho Cigars S.A.’s former President Jared Michaeli Ingrisano.

Mombacho Cigars S.A, the Nicaraguan parent company announced its Favilli rebranding in December of 2021, with its new look, product lines and naming of Jared M. Ingrisano as its president in January of 2022. The agreement comes at the close of the 2022 year with Jared M. Ingrisano announcing his exit from the role as President of Mombacho Cigars S.A. and stepping forward with global rights to the Favilli brand and mark under his own company.

Mombacho Cigars S.A., nearing its 17th year will continue its Nicaraguan based operations by focusing on completing its Nicaraguan experiential center in the tourism-based town of Granada at the international landmark, the Favilli Mansion, where two luxury bar-restaurants are currently under construction.
